Richard Alberts possesses extensive experience in flight operations within the aviation industry. Currently serving as a Flight Operations Officer for Ground Control since March 2013, Richard manages flight preparations for airlines such as Air Astana and Belavia, overseeing catering, water, and toilet services. Prior to this role, Richard worked at Swissport from September 2012 to March 2013 as a Flight Operations Officer, where responsibilities included producing Onload Sheets, Load Instructions, and calculating Weight & Balance. Richard's early career included a position at Air Dispatch from October 2009 to August 2012 and a business ownership role at Toko Bira Bara from March 2005 to July 2008. Additionally, Richard gained valuable experience at Garuda Indonesia NL from April 1990 to November 2004, coordinating various aspects of passenger and traffic operations.
