Cindy Parrent

Cindy Parrent is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources and health & safety management. Currently serving as the HR Manager USA at Ground Effects LLC since November 2012, Cindy oversees policy administration, recruitment, training, OSHA compliance, and multi-state management. Prior to this role, Cindy was the Senior HR H&S Coordinator at Coast To Coast Logistics LLC, managing the Safety Department and human resources functions. Cindy also held the position of Personnel Services Supervisor at Grede Foundries, Inc., where responsibilities included HR administration, grievance tracking, and auditing. Cindy's education includes OSHA Safety Certification and specialized training at the MIOSHA Training Institute.
