Robert Vandyke has diverse experience in operations and management, currently serving as Operations Manager for the GM division at Ground Effects Ltd. since February 2014, where previous roles included Plant Manager, Quality Manager, and Quality Supervisor. Prior to this, Vandyke worked as a Drop Bury Technician at Millers Communications Services from April 2013 to April 2014. Vandyke began a career in leadership and supervision at Cornerstone University between October 2008 and May 2013, holding positions such as Campus Services Housekeeping Supervisor, Intramural Sport Director, and Maintenance Tech–Crew Leader. Robert Vandyke earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management from Cornerstone University, completing the degree in 2013, and holds a high school diploma from Kearsley High School, awarded in 2007.
