Abe Grunhut is the Founder and President of Ground Support Services, established in 2007 to address the demand for affordable security and concierge services in the real estate management sector. Under Abe Grunhut's leadership, Ground Support Services has expanded to staff hundreds of buildings and provides security for thousands of units, ensuring an exceptional guest experience in high-end luxury condos and residential buildings. Prior to this, Abe Grunhut served as a Property Manager at North Side Management from January 2000 to January 2007, where management of 1,800 units in New York City was undertaken, alongside enhancing client satisfaction through effective tenant-landlord relations.
