Hema Chimpidi

Hema Chimpidi is an accomplished designer with extensive experience in footwear and packaging at Ground Up International since November 2021, where designs have successfully launched in notable retail stores such as Kids Footlocker and Footlocker. Hema has managed the Packaging Department, crafted tech packs for licensed artwork collaboration with major brands like Disney and Hasbro, and researched trends for the design team. Previous roles include a Freelance Design Assistant at Yogibo LLC and various positions in design and operations, contributing to achievements such as elevating sales performance and reducing debt for a boutique. Hema holds a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Merchandising with a Minor in Digital Design from Long Island University and has served as President of the LIU Fashion Network.
