Rachel Silver

Rachel Silver is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Grounded Solutions Network and previously served as the Director at Capital Impact Partners. Prior to that, Rachel worked as an Affordable Housing Consultant while self-employed and as a Development Manager at the City of Alameda. Rachel earned their MCP in Affordable Housing and Project Development from the University of California, Berkeley.
