Lucas Timberlake

Mr. Timberlake brings over 10 years of financial services experience in a variety of capacities, including venture capital, private equity, and investment banking to Groundfloor's board of directors.

Before joining Fintech Ventures, Luke was part of the investment team with Antarctica Capital, an international private equity firm focusing on real assets and insurance opportunities. Luke’s tenure at Antarctica included 4 successful operating company acquisitions to create the largest parking management company in the United States, which was eventually sold to a Softbank-backed consortium.

Luke began his career in investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and holds a BA in Economics and Political Science from Columbia College of Columbia University.
