Alex Chang has over 15 years of work experience in the telecommunications industry. From 2000 to 2006, they worked for Nortel Networks as an Engineering Manager and System Engineer, where they provided support for WiMax bid activities and played a key role in the planning and deployment of wireless mesh and LAN solutions. From 2006 to 2015, Alex worked as an R&D Manager at Nortel Networks and later as a Customer Solution Manager at Ericsson. In these roles, they focused on WiMax device IOT, LTE solution readiness, and customer solution management. Since 2015, Alex has been the Director and Head of Customer Service Engineering at Groundhog Technologies Inc., where they lead a technical team in pre-sales strategy, customer engagement, and tender response for mobile geo-location solutions.
Alex Chang received their Bachelor's degree in Communication Engineering from National Chiao Tung University in the years 1990 to 1994. Later, from 1997 to 1999, they pursued a Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Northwestern University. Additionally, Alex attended a middle school called "建國中學," although the specific years and any degrees or field of study associated with that education are unknown.
