Sarah Reece-Mills

Sarah Reece-Mills has had extensive work experience in various roles within Groundwork Northern Ireland, Groundwork, Groundwork UK, and Solihull MBC. Their most recent role was as the Interim Chief Executive Officer at Groundwork Northern Ireland in 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Partnerships and Programmes at Groundwork from 2015, where they led fundraising, communications, and partnership development activities with national audiences. Sarah also held positions at Groundwork UK, including Head of Business Development and Programme Director, where they were responsible for creating partnerships and securing national income to support local project activity. Sarah started their career as a Landscape Architect CMLI at Solihull MBC in 1999.
