Emily Dowds is an accomplished property and estates professional with extensive experience in the sector. Currently serving as the Head of Property & Estates at Group 1 Automotive UK since May 2023, Emily previously held the role of Estates Manager at Volkswagen Group UK Ltd from March 2020 to April 2023. Prior experience includes working as a Property Manager at Primary Health Properties PLC from September 2017 to March 2020, and as a Paralegal at Wright Hassall LLP from January 2016 to September 2017. Emily's educational background includes A Levels in English, Economics, and Law from Solihull Sixth Form College, a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Gloucestershire, and a Master of Science (MSc) in Real Estate from the University College of Estate Management.
