Sedef Demircan is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human capital projects and employee experience. Currently serving as Senior Director of Human Capital Projects at G42, Sedef previously held the position of Director and Associate Director of Employee Experience at WTW, focusing on culture transformation and employee engagement initiatives across the Middle East. With a background as Talent Management Manager at Majid Al Futtaim, Sedef spearheaded talent development programs and career frameworks. Previous roles at Korn Ferry and Mercer involved designing performance management systems and competency frameworks, conducting leadership assessments, and managing stakeholder relationships. Sedef holds dual Master's degrees in International Relations from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies and the University of Geneva.
