Heriberto Luza

Heriberto Luza is a seasoned Technical Support Engineer at Aheeva since May 2018 and has been working as an Engineer at Group Elite Communications since May 2015. Previous experience includes an internship in the Help Desk and IT Department at Pharmascience Canada in early 2015 and roles at Euro Excellence as an Industrial Packager in 2013. Luza also served as a Supervisor and Operator of Networks Mainframes at 2 Sisters Food Group from January 1996 to January 2013, as well as a Help Desk Supervisor at SUNAT from 1996 to 2013, where responsibilities included managing LAN, troubleshooting, and hardware and software installations. Luza began the professional journey as a Computer Teacher at the Albert Einstein Institute from January 1995 to January 1996. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s in Systems Engineering from Catholic of Santa Maria University (1989-1994) and a degree in Network Administration and Support from Dawson College (2014-2015).
