Shane has over 18 years of experience in sales and management, including positions at Sensus Communication Solutions, Contact Centre Nova Scotia, and Electronics Workbench. Shane is responsible for driving growth in Contact Centre Optimization Solution sales with Contact Centre, Financial and Security organizations across Canada.
