Federico Polesello

Federico Polesello is an experienced professional currently serving as Purchasing Commodity Manager at Group Lotus since November 2022, focusing on strategy development and commercial performance in composites, closures, and mechanisms. Prior to this role, Federico co-founded emeliuz, a consulting firm, and held the position of Procurement Leader at Capsa-Capex, where management of procurement processes for drilling and production operations was key. As Supply Development Leader at Honda Motor de Argentina, Federico developed motorcycle parts suppliers and implemented procurement strategies across South America.
