Gina Soloperto

Gina Soloperto is a seasoned professional in research, experience strategy, and behavior design, currently contributing to Glue since July 2011. In addition, Gina serves as a Behavior Design Human at GROUP OF HUMANS® since October 2019, applying behavioral science to foster effective behavior change solutions. Currently, Gina holds multiple roles including Researcher and Program Designer at Precision HealthCare Ecosystem, where Project Apollo is co-led, and Design Researcher at the Mental Health in Design Lab at the University of California, San Diego, focusing on digital mental health. As a NY Board Member and Event Organizer for SheSays New York, Gina advocates for women in the digital and creative sectors. Previously, Gina held prominent management roles at Fractal, McCann Erickson, Strawberry Frog, Chandelier Creative, and The Valentine Group, consistently driving project management and operational excellence. Academically, Gina holds a Master's in Behavioral and Decision Sciences from the University of Pennsylvania, a BS in Communication Studies from Emerson College, and a coaching certification from Teachers College, Columbia University.
