Mark Hadfield is the founder of Meet the 85%, an ethnographic research consultancy established in February 2023, specializing in capturing the reality of people's experiences through various media. In addition to this role, Mark serves as a Visiting Practitioner at the University of the Arts London, working with MA Advertising students, and holds the position of Insight and Strategy Human at GROUP OF HUMANS®, where insights from Meet the 85% are delivered to a curated network of creatives. Prior experience includes a Strategy Partner role at Cravens and Regional Head of Planning at Iris, where Mark led strategic relationships for major clients and mentored planning teams. Mark is also a co-founder of the Singapore Strategy Group and has held key strategic positions at Weapon7/BBDO and Hakuhodo UK. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Applied Imagination from the University of the Arts London and a Bachelor's in Architecture from the University of Greenwich.
