Tze bin Teh (Derick )

Tze Bin ("Derick") Teh currently serves as MEP Superintendent at Group PMX since April 2020, bringing extensive experience in construction management and quality assurance. Prior to this role, Tze Bin was involved with the Association for Energy Affordability, Inc. from January 2008 to April 2020 as a Construction Project Manager, QAQC Inspector, and Energy Auditor, managing over $10 million in construction for various programs, developing contract specifications, and ensuring compliance with building and safety codes. Earlier professional experience includes serving as Project Manager and QAQC Inspector at Crystal Window and Door Systems from May 2005 to December 2007. Tze Bin holds a Construction Project Management Certificate from Baruch College, a Master of Science in Energy Management from New York Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Louisiana State University.
