Marlene Herbst

Marlene Herbst is an accomplished accounting professional with extensive experience in property control and financial management. Currently serving as Property Controller at Group RMC since June 2021, Marlene previously held roles including Senior Accountant at Open Door Health Center and Accounting Manager at CBRE, where responsibilities included coaching a team of Accountants to maintain high client service standards. Earlier experience includes positions as Real Estate Accounting Supervisor at Wilson Learning, Project Accountant, In-Charge Auditor, and Staff Auditor at Carpenter Evert and Associates, as well as an E-Commerce Representative at Carlson Craft. Marlene holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Sales Management from South Central College.
