Roger Sullivan

Roger Sullivan is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in property management and accounting. Currently serving as Property Controller at Willow Bridge Property Company since May 2025, Roger previously held the position of Chief Accounting Officer at Blue Ridge Companies from June 2017 to May 2025. Earlier roles include Senior Corporate Controller at The Carroll Companies, Senior Controller/Controller at REDICO, and Assistant Commercial and Residential Controller at McKinley. Roger's career began as a Staff Accountant at HSA Commercial Real Estate, following a brief tenure as Bat Boy for the Chicago Cubs. Roger earned a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from Siena Heights University, where education was pursued from 1988 to 1992.
