Diann Eggleston

Diann Eggleston has over three decades of extensive work experience in taxation and finance. Their roles have included positions such as SVP & Chief Tax Officer at Group 1001, Vice President - Director of Tax Planning at Lincoln Financial Group, and various tax management positions at Magna Group, Inc., First American Bankshares, and Arthur Andersen & Company. Diann has a strong background in tax risk management, planning, compliance, and executive finance leadership.

Diann Eggleston obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Black Hills State University in 1985, followed by a Master of Science degree in Tax from Texas A&M University in 1986. Prior to that, they studied Accounting at Purdue University from 1981 to 1983.
