Minji Ro

Minji Ro is a seasoned executive with a diverse background in finance and sports management. Currently serving as Chief Strategy Officer for Life and Annuity at Group 1001 since August 2023, Minji also co-founded PARITY, where the mission is to enhance financial opportunities for professional women athletes while driving investment in women's sports. Prior experience includes co-CEO roles at Evolution of Sports, where Minji focused on career coaching for athletes, and a position as Director at Deutsche Bank, leading initiatives in retail equity derivatives and LGBTQ recruitment programs. Before that, Minji held key roles at Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, and the Chicago Sky, contributing to the development of financial products and operational strategies. Minji holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Northwestern University, specializing in Mathematical Methods in the Social Sciences and Economics.
