Kerry Costello

Kerry Costello has extensive experience in corporate leadership and management development, currently serving as the Corporate and International Programmes Manager at Groupama since September 2010, where responsibility includes overseeing leadership programmes for managers and talents within the Group. Previously, Kerry held various positions at Groupama, including Head of Management Academy and Solvency II Documentation Project Leader, contributing to the design of management training and leading documentation efforts for regulatory compliance. With a strong educational background from ESSEC Business School and the University of Kent, Kerry also possesses qualifications in change management and is a certified MBTI practitioner.
