Chris Nicol is an experienced electrical engineer with a comprehensive background in developing collaborative solutions at SMART Technologies since July 2010. Currently focused on creating hardware for DViT (Digital Vision Touch) interactive whiteboards and educational devices, Chris has previously developed firmware and diagnostic tools in a similar role. Prior experience includes electronics design as a contractor for Science Alberta Foundation and teaching assistance at the University of Calgary. Chris also worked at Grindcom, contributing to control systems development for forestry equipment. Educational qualifications include an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Calgary and a B.Tech. in Electronics Engineering from DeVry Institute of Technology.
