Beste Kara is an accomplished professional in the fashion and retail industry with extensive experience in product development and merchandising. Currently working as a Product Developer at Groupe Beaumanoir since June 2024, Beste has previously held significant roles such as Senior Fashion Buyer at Armada Retail Concept, where responsibilities included product development and procurement for women's garments, and Senior Merchandiser at El Corte Inglés, managing various brands and focusing on sourcing and fabric development. With a background that also includes positions as Assistant Merchandiser, Marketing Intern, and Intern Consultant, Beste possesses a strong foundation in administration, marketing, and customer guidance.
