Jean-Marc Conrad

Jean-Marc Conrad serves as the Executive Managing Director of Franchise & International Development at GROUPE BLACHERE since January 2020. Prior experience includes General Manager at room by room from February 2015 to December 2019, overseeing property management, budget responsibilities, and a staff of 130. From January 2004 to June 2014, Jean-Marc held the position of Directeur général at IMMOXIA, a franchise network for real estate and web media, managing 26 editions nationwide. Additional roles include Directeur commercial at Agence immo and Huis Clos-verandaliance, where responsibilities included sales management and regional team leadership, as well as various commercial roles earlier in the career. Jean-Marc began service in the French Army and holds a BTS degree in Accounting and Business Management from Université de Metz.
