Patrice Wagner

Patrice Wagner is an experienced retail executive currently serving as a Board Member of the International Group of Department Stores (IGDS) since March 2021 and in a dual role of Brand & Executive Support at RIMOWA since January 2021. As Chairman and CEO of Le Bon Marché Group since October 2010, Wagner has overseen significant operational and strategic initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Operating Officer at Shanghai New World Group Co., Ltd., and a Retail Senior Consultant at Patrice Wagner - Consulting for Retail Strategies. Notably, as Managing Director of Karstadt Premium Group from 2002 to 2009, Wagner was responsible for major department stores with substantial turnover and profit and loss oversight, successfully implementing a premium strategy that significantly enhanced brand positioning. Education includes a BTS in Commerce International from ESARC Toulouse and further studies at INSEAD.
