Francois-Laurent Norguet

Francois-Laurent Norguet has extensive experience in risk management, particularly in the areas of climate and ESG at Groupe BPCE since April 2015, where responsibilities include managing regulatory projects aimed at integrating ESG criteria across the bank's operations and serving as a regulatory watch reference. Previously, Francois-Laurent held the position of Senior Credit Manager within the same organization, focusing on funding requests and counterparty management. From April 2008 to February 2015, Francois-Laurent worked as a Second Mission Inspector at BPCE’s General Inspection, conducting audits across the group and its subsidiaries. Early career experience includes a role as a Credit Analyst at Natixis Lease from November 2004 to March 2008. Educational qualifications include a degree in Finance from Paris ESLSCA Business School and ongoing studies towards a DESS in Finance from IAE FRANCE - Écoles Universitaires de Management.
