Pascal Pietri

Pascal Pietri has over two decades of experience in Human Resources Information Systems (SIRH) management, currently serving as Manager SIRH at Groupe BPCE since September 2004. In this role, Pascal leads a team responsible for remuneration, recruitment, administrative management, and digital transformation initiatives, including the implementation of the ERM PeopleAsk for 14,000 employees. Previously, Pascal held the position of Project Director SIRH at Pechiney from 2001 to 2004, where responsibilities included establishing a self-service HR platform and developing shared HR services aligned with best practices. Pascal's career began at Renault, where a focus was placed on overhauling the group's SIRH and implementing essential HR tools and processes. Pascal holds a DESS in decision support engineering from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL and a Maîtrise in Computer Science from Pierre and Marie Curie University.
