Pierre Leger

Head Of Innovation Lab & Low-code at Groupe BPCE

Pierre Leger's work experience includes serving as the Head of Innovation Lab & Low-code at Groupe BPCE since 2022. In this role, they explore tech challenges and conducts business experiments related to voice analysis, metaverse, virtual and augmented reality.

Prior to this, Pierre was a Board Member and VP at IMA - Innovation Makers Alliance starting from 2020. In 2017, they joined Natixis as the Leader of Innovation LAB - Digital Factory, where they played a key role in creating and leading the Innovation Lab team. Pierre also contributed to Natixis' strategic plan for Tech Culture & Innovation and led various projects involving advanced technologies such as callbot, translation, facial recognition, voice identification, speech-to-text, IoT, virtual reality, and augmented reality.

Before joining Natixis, Pierre worked at Groupe BPCE as the Lead Tech in cloud experimentation from 2015 to 2016. Pierre also gained experience as a Software Engineer and Apprentice Software Engineer at Natixis Interepargne between 2011 and 2015. Additionally, they have volunteer experience at Surface Gallery and has worked as a Network Administrator and System Administrator for CEV Group and Municipality communities, respectively.

Pierre LEGER completed their education at multiple institutions. From 2009 to 2011, they attended Lycée Jean Rostand Caen, where they obtained a BTS Informatique de Gestion degree focused on Administration de / administrateur réseaux et systèmes. Following that, they attended ENSICAEN - Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Ingénieurs de Caen from 2011 to 2014, where they obtained an Engineer degree with a field of study in Informatique. Currently, Pierre is attending the Natixis Leadership Program (NLP) starting from 2022.
