Gregory Grange is an experienced professional in the agricultural and animal feed sectors with a comprehensive background in operational management and procurement. Currently serving as Responsable d’usine at SUD OUEST ALIMENT since October 2013, Gregory oversees the animal feed plant in Baigts de Béarn, managing investments, budgets, and quality policies while leading a team of 20 employees. In addition, Gregory holds the position of Responsable de l'usine de trituration at Groupe Coopératif Maïsadour since January 2022, where responsibilities include managing a project focused on local, non-GMO soybean processing with a significant investment. Previous experience includes serving as Attaché direction at GRASASA from 2005 to 2013, focusing on business management, strategy, and production oversight. Gregory holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Agriculture from Ecole de PURPAN, complemented by education at Wageningen University & Research.

Food processing cooperative group composed of 8,000 farmers and more than 5,500 employees. We are structured around : • an agricultural division (grain, agricultural supplies, seeds, vegetables, animal production and nutrition), • a fine food division with foie gras, jambon de Byonne, salmon, caviar, ... (Delpeyrat, Comtesse du Barry, Sarrade and Delmas), • a poultry division from slaughtering and butchering through to marketing (Fermiers du Sud-Ouest with St Sever or Marie Hot brand), • a garden centre & mechanised agriculture division (a network of garden centres, a central purchasing facility and points of sale for mechanised agriculture). Maïsadour has close to 160 industrial sites (silos, slaughterhouses, feed manufacturing sites, seed factories, etc.), established across the South-West of France. Our establishments and subsidiaries abroad (Ukraine, Spain, Germany, Morocco, etc.) also enable us to strengthen and sustain outlets for our farmers. More than 100 points of sale (Delpeyrat and Comtesse du Barry, etc.) complement our establishments both in France and abroad.
