Andrew T. Molson

A lawyer by training, Andrew is a partner and Chairman of the Board of RES PUBLICA Consulting Group, headquartered in Montreal and which is a holding and management company of large professional services firms providing strategic public relations advice to a wide range of range of businesses. RES PUBLICA owns NATIONAL Public Relations Inc., Canada's largest public relations firm, and Cohn & Wolfe | Canada, another market leader. A member of the seventh generation of the Molson brewery family, he sits on the board of directors of Molson Coors Brewing Company and is a member of the board of directors of Groupe Deschênes Inc., of the Jean Coutu Group (PJC) inc., Of the Club of Canadian Hockey and Dundee Corporation. Andrew became a member of the Quebec Bar in 1995 after studying law at Laval University. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University and a Masters in Corporate Governance and Business Ethics from the University of London (Birkbeck College). Bilingual, he sits on the board of directors of several non-profit organizations, including the Institute on the Governance of Private and Public Organizations, the Montreal General Hospital Foundation, the Concordia University Foundation, the Banff Center and the Molson Foundation, a family foundation dedicated to the well-being of Canadian society. He is chairman of the board of Pointe-à-Callière, city of archeology and history of Montreal. Mr. Molson is also Honorary Colonel of the Royal Montreal Regiment.
