Eric is a public relations officer for Groupe Deschênes inc. Since 2013, he has been a business advisor for NB Rénovation, a residential renovation company. In 2016, he joined the advisory committee of the DESCHENES Business Families Center | MOLSON | THE WISE. After training at HEC on business families, he became interested in the succession process, governance and the development of family businesses in Quebec. He sits on the board of directors of several non-profit organizations including the Fondation du Boulot vers, a work reintegration organization. From 1994 to 2010, he worked in the field of international cooperation and digital media.
