Martin Tanguay, CHRA / CPHR, is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Vice-President of Human Resources at Groupe Deschenes since September 2024, Martin has previously held significant positions such as Chief Human Resources Officer at Solmax and Vice-President of People and Communities at Diavik Diamond Mines Inc. With a comprehensive background in business transformation, talent management, and organizational development, Martin has successfully led teams and implemented strategic initiatives in companies including BRP and Rio Tinto. Martin holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Relations from Université de Montréal and has furthered education at Duke University and USC Marshall School of Business.
