Dan Iacobescu

Dan Iacobescu is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in applications support and system administration. Currently serving as a Senior Applications Specialist at Groupe Dynamite since June 2022, Dan specializes in Windows 10 Desktop Administration and IT procedures documentation. Prior experience includes roles as a Level 2 IT Support Technician at Ludia, where Dan provided helpdesk support for over 400 users, and as a Junior System Administrator at Paysafe Group, focusing on hardware and software upgrades. Previous positions also feature IT support at Groupe Dynamite, programming roles at Ndex Systems Inc. and learning experiences through internships at Pratt & Whitney Canada and TECSYS. Dan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Concordia University, expected in 2024, and a DEC in Computer Science from Vanier College.
