Olivier Morand

Olivier Morand currently serves as Directeur Opérations & Supply Chain at EURALIS Gastronomie since September 2019, overseeing operations across four industrial sites and managing supply chain activities including sales forecasting, S&OP, procurement, planning, logistics, and data management. Prior experience includes the role of Directeur Supply Chain at Euralis Ateliers Culinaires from September 2016 to September 2019, managing a team of 40 in processes such as forecasting, planning, and transport, while focusing on optimizing service levels and stock margins. From September 2007 to September 2016, Olivier Morand held the position of Responsable Supply Chain in the duck sector, managing a team of 20 and ensuring service level targets were met. Earlier experience at Rougié from 1998 to 2007 involved defining manufacturing and supply plans across multiple sites while optimizing production management rules.
