Fabrice TAILLEFER is an experienced executive in the food industry, currently serving as General Manager for the Groupe Le Duff since September 2022, overseeing the Salé division. Previously, Fabrice held the position of General Manager at Cite Gourmande from December 2013 to March 2024, where notable achievements included significant revenue growth from 20M€ to 28M€ over four years and the successful launch of brands such as Pom Bistro and Gourmet Cuisine. With a robust background in operational management, including directorial roles at Société COBRAL and DUC S.A, Fabrice has demonstrated expertise in production optimization, strategic planning, and team leadership across various manufacturing sites.
