Stephen Champion is an accomplished executive in the real estate sector, currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Real Estate at Groupe Mach since January 2020. Prior to this role, Stephen held the position of Executive Vice President of Real Estate Development at SmartCentres REIT from February 2018 to August 2019 and was the Executive Vice President of Real Estate and Strategic Opportunities at Sears Canada from March 2011 to February 2018, where responsibilities included managing a diverse real estate portfolio and overseeing various strategic operations. Additionally, Stephen served as Managing Director of Corporate Development and Strategy at Colliers International from September 2007 to March 2011, leading significant business transformation initiatives. Academically, Stephen holds an Advanced Management Program degree from Harvard Business School, an MBA from The University of British Columbia, and a BA in International Studies from the University of Washington.
