Nina Bricmont

Nina Bricmont is an experienced human resources professional, currently serving as Directrice des Ressources Humaines at MACIF since May 2013, overseeing human resources for client relations. Bricmont has held various leadership roles within MACIF, including Directrice du Développement des Compétences and multiple Directrice des Ressources Humaines positions across different regional scopes, managing teams ranging from 500 to 1500 employees. Prior to MACIF, Bricmont was Directrice des Ressources Humaines at Pact Métropole Nord from January 2007 to December 2012 and Responsable Ressources Humaines at Delphi from July 1995 to December 2006. Bricmont holds a Mastère in Stratégie et Management de la Communication from SKEMA Business School and a Master 2 in Management des Ressources Humaines from the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology.
