Cloé Bérard has extensive work experience in marketing and brand development. Cloé is currently the Head of Marketing at Groupe Marcelle since June 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Keurig Canada Inc. from 2013 to 2021, holding various roles including Senior Manager, Manager, Portfolio Strategy & Innovation, Brand Development Manager, and Assistant Brand Manager. Their responsibilities at Keurig included managing a diverse beverages portfolio, implementing product launches, and leveraging B2B channels for increased brand awareness. Before joining Keurig, they also worked as a Marketing Intelligence Analyst at Bombardier and as a Teaching Assistant at ESG UQAM - École des sciences de la gestion.

Cloé Bérard completed their education at the Université du Québec à Montréal / ESG. From 2008 to 2010, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a focus on Marketing. Following this, they went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from the same university, which they completed from 2011 to 2014. In addition to their academic qualifications, in April 2011, they obtained a certification in Developing Global Skills from Cultural Awareness International Inc.
