Jennifer Bédard

Jennifer Bédard has a diverse work experience in the cosmetics industry. Jennifer currently holds the position of Vice President, Sales at Groupe Marcelle since July 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Sr. Director of Sales at Groupe Marcelle from June 2021 to July 2022.

Before joining Groupe Marcelle, Jennifer worked at Lise Watier Cosmétiques for several years. Jennifer held the role of Director of National Accounts from May 2013 to February 2016. Previously, they were the Director of Sales from November 2007 to May 2013, and they started their career at Lise Watier Cosmétiques as a Key Account Manager, Regional Sales Manager, and Education Trainer from May 2002 to November 2007.

Jennifer also gained experience at Avon, where they worked as a District Manager from January 2001 to April 2002. Prior to that, they held the role of Account Executive at Lise Watier Cosmétiques from August 1999 to January 2001.

Jennifer began their career in the cosmetics industry as a Business Manager at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. from August 1998 to July 1999.

Jennifer Bédard has completed their education at Cambrian College, where they studied Law Clerk, and at the Smith School of Business at Queen's University, where they focused on Strategic Account Management. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including the NOVA Global Profile Certification - Certified Consultant from Profil NOVA International in May 2021. Jennifer also holds a Blue Ocean Practical Certificate from Blue Ocean Strategy | Shift | Leadership, a Leadership Foundational Principles certification from Harvard University, an Inclusive Leadership Professional Certificate from Catalyst Inc., and a Retail and Omnichannel Management Professional Certificate from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
