Maubert C. Zeufack currently serves as an Enseignant en génie des procédés at the Ministère de l'Agriculture et de l'Alimentation since 2020. In addition, Maubert has been with Nutriset S.A.S. since April 2017 as an Engineer intern in R&D "Onyx Developpement," overseeing team planning and task allocation. Prior experience includes a position at CIRAD from September 2016 to April 2017, focusing on the transformation of animal products and tropical fruits and vegetables, along with product innovation and sensory analysis testing. In January 2017, Maubert contributed to the ISO 9001 certification process for Projet MAKEKA IRC, emphasizing a process-driven approach aligned with various ISO standards. Educational qualifications encompass current studies at L'Institut Agro Montpellier, and previously at Università degli Studi di Torino, obtaining bachelor's degrees in food technology and related fields, complemented by project management studies at OMNES Education.
