Anais Pouget

Anais Pouget currently serves as Chargée de Projet RH at OPEN since March 2022, focusing on recruitment and integration, managing the hiring process for IT profiles, and supporting candidates with administrative tasks. Responsibilities include acting as a key user for Workday, deploying new HR processes, conducting manager and recruiter training, and maintaining employer branding through events and school partnerships. Previously, Anais held roles including Chargée de Recrutement IT at Randstad Inhouse and Responsable de compte RH on the Carambar&Co site, where duties encompassed administrative management, recruitment, and compliance with labor laws. Anais has also worked as a Consultante QVT RPS at Stratélys and as a trainee in work psychology at Opsidian Entreprise. Anais holds a Master’s degree in Work Psychology and Organizational Management from the University of Lille and a Bachelor’s degree in Work Psychology, complemented by various qualifications in related fields.
