Carole Rodriguez

Carole RODRIGUEZ has extensive experience in human resources and business management, serving as Directrice d'agence at OPEN since 2010 and overseeing the Toulouse and Bordeaux branches. In this role, Carole is responsible for the commercial development of the banking agency, social protection, and health sectors, managing a team of 50 consultants, leading recruitment efforts, and negotiating contracts. Prior to this, Carole held the position of Chargée des Ressources Humaines at TE Connectivity, focusing on personnel administration, training, recruitment, and HR communication. Carole is currently pursuing a Master 2 in Responsible Management and Development of Human Resources at IGS-RH.
