Amine Laaouidi

Amine LAAOUIDI has a diverse work experience in human resources management and consulting. Amine is currently serving as the Group Human Resources Director at Richbond since August 2021. Before that, they worked at Positive Way Consulting (PWC) as a Senior Management Consultant from January 2020 to November 2021. Prior to this, they were the Human Resources Director at Eagle Hills Morocco from February 2015 to November 2019. Amine also worked as a Senior Consultant in Organization & HR Management at a Consultancy Firm from January 2013 to January 2015. Additionally, they have experience as a Human Resources Director at Teleperformance from June 2012 to December 2012 and at Medi1TV from April 2011 to April 2012. Earlier in their career, Amine held the position of Senior Human Resources Manager at SOGEA MAROC from September 2008 to March 2011 and worked as a Human Resources Business Consultant at DIORH - IRH from January 2004 to August 2008.

Amine LAAOUIDI's education history begins in 2003 when they pursued a Master's degree in HR Management at ENCG-SETTAT, which they completed in 2004. They then went on to pursue another Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at the Institut d'Administration des Entreprises (IAE), which they completed in 2005.

In 2018, Amine LAAOUIDI undertook an Executive MBA at Groupe ISCAE, specializing in Management. This program lasted until 2020.

In addition to their academic achievements, in September 2019, Amine LAAOUIDI obtained certification in Emotional Intelligence (EQ-i 2.0, EQ360) from Multi-Health Systems Inc. (MHS).
