Eric Normand

Eric Normand currently serves as Directeur général at GROUPE RIOLAND since June 2023. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Thales from May 2010 to June 2023, where roles included VP of Thales Etrelles, managing site transformation and competitive initiatives, and VP of GCC Microélectronique, overseeing the creation of a microelectronics competence center. Earlier, from April 1995 to April 2010, Normand held various directorial positions at Delphi, managing multiple sites and leading transformation projects in diesel injection systems. Normand's early career included service in the Police nationale from September 1994 to April 1995. Educational qualifications consist of an engineering diploma from Polytech Nancy and advanced degrees in signal processing and electrical engineering from relevant institutions.
