Jérôme Coppolani

Jérôme Coppolani currently serves as the General Manager for Chantelle in Tunisia, a position held since August 2025. Prior to this, Jérôme was a Member of ExCom and Director of Strategic Projects at Simaero, where responsibilities included leading an international development initiative in Saudi Arabia and creating a digital training platform for employee upskilling. From August 2021 to July 2023, Jérôme held the role of Deputy Director of Operations and Training at the Légion étrangère, managing operations and training activities for over 500 personnel. A previous tenure at CDEC involved developing training programs for reservists, while earlier experiences as Company Commander and Director of the French Jungle Warfare School involved managing operational military units and training programs. Jérôme holds an engineering degree from the Académie militaire de Saint-Cyr Coëtquidan and completed preparatory studies at Lycée Saint Louis.
