Pascal Royer has a wide range of experience in the food industry, starting as a Chef-cuisinier in Chantegrill in 1992. Pascal later held the position of Chef/Responsable cuisine national at Restaurants La Boucherie before eventually becoming an Associé gérant at La Bodega and Speed Burger. Currently, Pascal serves as the Responsable produits - innovation at Groupe Signorizza.
