Caroline Stewart (Assoc CIPD) has a diverse background in recruitment and compliance, currently serving as a Compliance Officer and Talent Acquisition Officer at SII UK since January 2022. Prior to a career break for maternity leave from April 2020 to January 2022, Caroline worked as a Recruitment Coordinator at Allegis Group and onsite at DXC Technology, as well as in roles at IBM and CSC focused on recruitment process outsourcing. Earlier experience includes a position as a Resourcing Coordinator at QinetiQ in the Maritime division and over a decade at AQA, where responsibilities included recruiting teachers for exam positions and administrative support. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Arts with honors in English and Media and Film Studies from King Alfred's College Winchester.
