Christopher Pedersen has extensive work experience in the corporate sales and operations field. Their most recent position is Vice-President CX & Corporate Sales at Groupe Touchette inc., where they lead and manages national and field corporate sales teams, as well as a centralized team focused on creating a holistic customer experience.

Prior to this role, Christopher held various leadership positions at National Tire Distributors, including President of Central & Eastern Canada, President of Eastern Canada, Vice President of Operations, Vice President of Inventory, Senior Director of Inventory, and Sales Deployment & E-Learning Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for strategy, team management, customer relations, sales, and profitability. Christopher also oversaw national operations, inventory, procurement, and distribution across multiple locations.

Earlier in their career, Christopher worked at IBM as a Lotus Notes Customer Service - Bilingual Support representative, and at Rogers Communications as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative.

Christopher Pedersen's education history includes several educational experiences. In 1999, they started attending Sheridan College and completed their studies in 2002. During their time at Sheridan College, they focused on Business Administration and Management, General. In 2012, Christopher enrolled in the Schulich School of Business at York University, where they undertook studies in Business Administration, Management, and Operations. Christopher obtained a certification in Business Skills for Managers from the Schulich School of Business in March 2012. In 2018, Christopher briefly attended McGill University, where they pursued a Mini-Master of Business Administration (mMBA) degree. In addition to their formal education, they obtained various certifications, such as the Certified Sales Professional (with distinction) from the Canadian Professional Sales Association in August 2016, Professional Sales Management from the same institution in January 2015, and the RCCSP - Certified Call Center Manager from the Professional Education Alliance in October 2010.
