Caroline Simon

Caroline Simon is the Group Chief Human Resources Officer at NSI IT Software & Services, where they currently oversee human resources functions. They previously served as the Human Resources Director and Managing Director at CTG Luxembourg, playing a key role in the company’s growth to over 400 employees and earning the title of a Great Place to Work® for nine consecutive years. Earlier in their career, Caroline worked as a Consultante en Intérim at Vedior Intérim and held various HR roles within CTG. Caroline earned a Maîtrise in Echanges Internationaux from Université de Metz and a D.E.S.S. in Administration des entreprises from IAE Metz School of Management.
